It’s finally here! The last weekend of my doctorate and 1 of 2 completed case studies in hand.

This one is a development of what everyone voted on last semester—to test gastric bypass patients with the antioxidant scanner and to see remedies of the malabsorption issue using TCM.

I teamed up with a classmate to develop the case this semester and we had positive results utilizing TCM (acupuncture and herbs) to increase the absorption of nutrients in our gastric bypass patient.

Deep exhale.

My next move is to learn how to do life more slowly. Simplification is my next work of art.

Funny enough, today in Doctorate courses we are talking about Mirror Neurons, and how you can treat someone's Phantom Limb pain by treating someone else they can visually see in front of them! Fascinating!

(So if they are having pain in their right arm, that is no longer there, you can treat someone's right arm that is sitting in front of them that they can visually see. You can then see the results of their pain relief and treatment of that limb happening in their body through brain imaging.)

Something in our community has come to my attention: Most of my women patients have been sharing with me deeply rooted scars that have been re-opened due to the recent political issues surrounding the Kavanaugh situation.

Last night I couldn't sleep. I have been hearing ripples of this effect throughout the healing community. Then I realized--I can help! Of course, Chinese Medicine can help!

Tomorrow, Wednesday between 5-7pm, and Thursday 5-7pm I have opened up my clinic spots at Sonoma Roots for free treatments for women in our town who have been affected. Please share this with women that you know and care for.

The treatment is called the "NADA" protocol. It works on the central nervous system, and is even used on the battlefield and in war zones, to negate the effects of PTSD.

Women can come into our clinic for a quick treatment that only takes a few minutes to complete.
