30 Minute Home workout ☀️🔥
On the weekends, we train from home
Here’s a solid but light workout to do. No fancy equipment, just a pair of dumbbells, yoga mat, and a pull up/dip bar station that is old and rusty but still gets the job done.
No excuses, let’s work!
*Warm up first for 10 minutes
The workout: 4 rounds x 8-10 reps each exercise. No rest between exercises, only rest for 1 minute after the 10th exercise. If you need to rest, rest. Then carry on!
1. Dips or push ups 8-10 reps
2. Chin ups 8-10 reps
3. DB Front Squats 10 reps
4. DB Squats 10 reps
5. DB Front Squat Lunge 10 reps each
6. DB Shoulder Press 10 reps
7. DB Lateral Flys 10 reps
8. DB Deadlift + Row 10 reps
9. DB Bicep Curls 10 reps
10. Leg Raise + Knee Tuck mix 10-15 reps
*Stretch after for 10 minutes and eat a well balanced meal between your protein, fats, and carbs. Drink your water, eat according to your goals! You can do this!
