It's not about who is right and who is wrong. People have a fundamental need for transformation. We are wired for growth and healing. I help individuals, couples, families and adolescents become aware of their own anxieties that get in the way of a secure attachment to self or others and gain healthy relationships. I integrate a humanistic, experiential approach to restructuring emotional experience and to repair interactions and relationship distress. My therapeutic relationship aims to be the secure base to feel validated and safe as we explore life experiences for healing.
I work a lot with depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, I have integrated the healing modality of Energy Psychology, EFT "tapping", into my practice (when needed) because it allows for a significant release of blocked energy, letting go of our internal struggles and the negative symptoms they cause, to get relief and experience deep healing.
