🌿 Wellness Tip Thursday 🌿
Did you know that proper hydration can improve memory, boost energy, and support joint health? Many older adults don’t feel as thirsty, but their bodies still need fluids to function at their best.
Tip of the Day: Encourage sipping water throughout the day, even if you’re not thirsty. Herbal teas, soups, and water-rich fruits like watermelon, lime or cucumbers are great too!
✅ Pro Tip for Caregivers: Keep water easily accessible and offer fluids with every meal and medication round. Small, frequent sips go a long way!
