Join Mountain Wellness Saturday September 6th 10:15 am for a family friendly sound bath.

This is the perfect opportunity to bring your friends, family, and littles to their first sound bath. We’ll start with a little bit of movement and breath work (especially for the littles to shake their sillies out.)

Then you’ll be bathed in the sound and frequencies of the crystal bowls, and other magical instruments

Bring a blanket/mat, pillow/bolster, all the things to make you comfy

$33 for a family, friend, or littles combo (up to 4 people total)

Yin Yoga at Aronos Club Monday 6:30 pm
First class is free

Yin yoga may be slow, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s easy. It can be a deep practice of presence, of surrender, and of showing up to do the deep emotional work that needs to be done.
Physically, depending on the posture, it can also be challenging. The beautiful thing is that you get to choose how deep you go into a pose, using modifications, blocks, bolsters, and blankets to help you get there.

Yin Yoga every Monday 6:30pm to 7:30pm
$16 each or $60 for 4 consecutive sessions

Bring your own mat, blanket, bolster/pillow. First time is always complementary and props/supplies are available to use.
