I have had the honor of working with people in this field since 1996. I have studied a variety of techniques and can customize a treatment for you. Some of the modalities that I have been trained in are: Ashiatsu (Barefoot Shiatsu), Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Acupressure. One or a combination of these techniques, may be used in your treatment and we will discuss this prior to your session. A good massage affects you on many different levels. Everyone has the innate ability to heal themselves, and with the aid of a skilled touch, the results can be amazing!
