I believe healing begins in safety.
Not force. Not striving. Not pushing harder.

And personally, my work is rooted in faith. I believe God designed our bodies with wisdom and intention. Healing is not about earning His love — it’s about experiencing it. His presence brings peace to places that have felt tense for far too long.
