1 in 4 older adults falls each year.
That’s not just a statistic — it’s a wake-up call.

The bathroom
The stairs
Getting in and out of bed
Even just moving around the kitchen

But here’s the good news: most falls are preventable!
With the right support — from balance training to home safety modifications — you or your loved one can stay safe, strong, and independent

Let’s be proactive.
