Animals have so much to teach us about truth. When they know something is off, they feel it, they respond to it and yes, sometimes react to it. While we as humans choose our actions, we need as humans to reconnect to our instincts and our truth. (and now for a little astrology - woo woo stuff). With Neptune moving from Pisces to Aries and Mercury and Venus going direct last week and this week...it's time to use your voice, connect to your instinct and speak your truth. When we come together as community and speak the truth powerful things happen. Time for 'good trouble'. We got this.❤️

Hi Everyone!

Many know about the Moss Landing Vistra battery plant fire that has been burning since January. My community has been dealing with it directly, and, we don't know the impact on produce yet throughout the US and beyond.

I put together a document for our community to help with those healing after these catastrophic events such as battery plant fires, wildfires (as these have lithium ion batteries too in smart meters, EV cars and more), etc.

I thought others might find this helpful as I know a variety of fires are occurring throughout the US and beyond right now.

When I first started working in alternative medicine 25+ years ago, one of my main concerns was red, blue and yellow dye's. I saw an incredible number of people/ children with hives, breathing issues and even emotional shifts from these dyes and so many people have worked tirelessly for years to get the FDA to ban them in the US as other countries have already done so.

Finally, after 35 years+ they have made traction and Red Dye #3 (also known as Erythrosine or FD&C Red No. 3) is being banned - unfortunate that it won't be enforce for a couple of years but hoping it's the start of getting rid all of the dye's that we know are toxic.

For now, please look at these in your families foods - especially in candy, medications and cereals - and decide for yourself if you feel safe eating this.

Over 35 years after the first study linking the artificial food dye Red 3 to thyroid cancer in rats was published, the U.S. is beginning to phase it out of foods and drugs.
