👋Welcoming a few new friends, who started following along! If you haven't met me, my name is Kat, and I'm the face behind Peace Roots Apothecary.😌🌿

I have noticed in life that the good is always happening in the midst of chaos and mess, but it's hard to see the goodness, when we feel overwhelmed.

As I journey through life caring for my two boys(one with more extensive needs),I am learning more and more how to creatively find ways to create peace inside me and for others. 😌🌿

My experience with chronic stress, took me down the path of going to school and working as a reflexology practitioner (.roots.feet), as well as starting Peace Roots Apothecary.

The creations I make are rooted in my heart, for Peace and Healing. Not only for myself, and my own family, but also for all of you who are receiving my handmade muscle relaxants and herbal skincare.😌🌿
