“We were referred to the Venetian by an amazing social worker, Kristen, while my Dad was in the hospital at Hackensack Meridian of Old Bridge. Since coming to the Venetian, I feel that my father is getting better. His mood and mental status has improved so much! He is laughing, smiling, and joking around again. Between the occupational and physical therapy, he is doing much better and is socializing more than he ever was before. I got my dad back thanks to the Venetian! His occupational therapist Charlton was amazing and very patient with my Dad. The Venetian stands out in every way. It is THE CLEANEST facility I have toured. it's spotless, odor-free, and equipped with amazing rooms. It gives my Dad and the rest of the patients a sense of privacy. A special thank you to nurse Sharon, who has been amazing with my dad. Without hesitation, I can say that Angelina Carrano has gone above and beyond for my father and our family. From the very first moment I spoke with her, while my Dad was still in the hospital, Angelina was compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. During one of the most stressful and emotional times of our lives, she made us feel heard supported and reassured every step of the way. Her kindness, sensitivity, and dedication did not stop there. Angelina continuously checked in on my father and our family, always making herself available by answering questions and advocating for his needs. It is CLEAR that this is more than just a job to Angelina. She truly cares about the people and families she works with. Angelina's support has meant more to us than words can express. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done for my dad and for us as a family. They work extremely hard and sometimes have to deal with a cranky dad but get through it with grace and always end up making my father laugh. Something I haven't heard from him in a LONG time.
