For those of you not familiar with the absolute genius monster that was Anthony Jackson, watch close here. He, along with Jaco and Jeff Berlin, helped pave the way for modern jazz-fusion players. Not just as bass players, but as thinkers. Classicists but outside the box and moving forward. Without them we wouldn't have our Tal Wilkenfelds and Esperanza Spaldings, Les Claypools and John Myungs. RIP, Anthony
