For questions about medical records, physician referrals, and other issues after the closure of Norwood Hospital and Steward Foxboro offices/radiology, please call the Patient Assistance Line at 617-789-2228.

Patients may obtain copies of their medical records by faxing a written request to 617-663-6000 or by emailing a request to STEWARDREQUESTS@mrocorp.com

Turnaround time to receive medical records: 30 days - can expedite request to receive sooner, if needed.
