☘️🎶 What a FUN morning! 🎶☘️

The fabulous Ms. Stacey brought a good old-fashioned Irish morning to our residents today, and the energy was absolutely contagious! 💚 From lively musical instruments to singing, dancing, and a spirited performance of “The Irish Rose,” the room was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of toe-tapping.

Our residents always love when Ms. Stacey visits, and today was no exception. It’s mornings like these that fill our halls with joy and keep everyone moving and singing along!

Thank you, Ms. Stacey, for sharing your music and bringing such wonderful Irish cheer to our community! ☘️🎵

Today our amazing Activities Director, Sherri, traded in her planner for a chef’s hat 👩‍🍳✨

Right in the living room, surrounded by our memory care residents, she prepared angel hair chicken pesto bake in the crockpots — and the delicious aroma has been filling the entire neighborhood. There’s something so special about cooking in front of our residents… the sights, the sounds, and especially the smells spark conversation, anticipation, and sweet memories. 💚

Now the big question… when it’s ready, which resident is going to love it the most? 😄 We can’t wait to see those smiles at mealtime!

🎈🎶 Rockin’ & Rollin’ Our Way to Fitness! 🎶🎈

Our residents and caregivers had an absolute blast today exercising with our colorful parachute and balloons while listening to some good ol’ rock ‘n’ roll! 🪂✨

There’s nothing like music, movement, and lots of laughter to brighten the day. Smiles were everywhere as we stretched, lifted, and danced along to the classics. 💃🕺

This week, our beautiful resident Deanna and her devoted husband, Chuck, celebrated an incredible 59th wedding anniversary! 💛

Chuck visits Deanna every single day, a true testament to enduring love and commitment. On their special day, he surprised his lovely bride with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers that lifted all of our spirits and made the celebration even more meaningful. 🌸🌷

When you have two Mary’s at the table, you know it’s going to be a colorful day! Our wonderful Mary’s showed off their amazing coloring skills, filling the room with bright smiles and even brighter masterpieces. 💛🖍️

Coloring isn’t just fun — it’s incredibly beneficial for our memory care residents. Creative activities like coloring help stimulate the brain, encourage focus, reduce stress, and spark meaningful conversations. It also provides a wonderful opportunity for self-expression and a sense of accomplishment.

Today was full of creativity and beautiful artwork — proof that a little color goes a long way! 🌈🖌️

🎶☀️ Sunday Funday at Encore Memory Care! ☀️🎶

What a joyful day here at Encore Memory Care! Our residents were getting their groove on to some favorite tunes and bringing out their competitive spirit with a lively game of pool noodle volleyball! 🏐💃

Music filled the room with smiles, laughter, and plenty of toe-tapping moments. Not only did we have a blast, but we were also working on strengthening muscles, improving coordination, and stimulating the mind — all while having tons of fun!

It’s amazing how movement and music can bring everyone together and brighten the day. 💛

❄️✨ A little winter magic filled our afternoon! ✨❄️

Our Memory Care residents spent this chilly winter day getting creative by painting beautiful stained glass snowflakes and snowmen. 🎨☃️

Activities like this do more than brighten the day—they stimulate the creative mind, encourage self-expression, and help exercise fine motor skills through painting and brush control. These hands-on moments support cognitive engagement while keeping hands and minds active in a fun, meaningful way.

Smiles, focus, and creativity were on full display today—and the results were just as wonderful as the memories being made. 💙
