⭐️RAW’s Pomegranate, Raspberry & Brie Bruschetta⭐️

Ingredients
¾ Cup Pomegranate Seeds
½ Cup Raspberry Preserves
2 tsp Orange Zest
Dash Sea Salt
6 oz French Baguette, cut into 16 pieces
2 tbsp Olive oil
¼ tsp Ground Pepper
6 oz Brie Cheese, cut into 16 pieces
4 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
Directions
Combine pomegranate seeds, raspberry preserves, orange zest and salt in a small bowl. Cover and chill (up to 3 days ahead of time)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly coat both sides of bread with olive oil. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake for 10 minutes, flip bread slices over.
Top bread with Brie slices, and bake an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is softened.
Remove bread from the oven. Top with the pomegranate mixture.
Add chopped basil plus additional salt, if needed.
Serve warm
