Blurry, dry, or easily irritated eyes aren’t random—they’re body language.
In ERM, the eyes often speak for the Liver (anger, frustration, “I don’t want to see this”) and the Kidneys (fear, exhaustion, “it isn’t safe to face this”). When these inner concepts run the show, circulation and moisture to the eyes reflect it—showing up as blur, redness, strain, or dryness.
Use the Emotional Response Method to decode it:
• Trace the signal to the eyes.
• Reveal the concept it’s protecting (avoidance, fear, resentment, worry).
• Reorient to a truer one: “It’s safe to see clearly. I can face what’s real.” Then take one aligned micro-action.
Your symptoms are messages—not life sentences.
