Filmed in one of the most spectacular mansions in Miami Beach, known as “The Temple House” , built by the well-known architect L. Discover your limits with a transformed conscious about being upside down. Through the main basic postures like headstand, shoulder stand, and plow, we open a cycle of variations and tips to achieve more confidence when getting into the poses. Master balances about the second hour through the practice, feeling the strength inside your physical and mental awareness. Realize how the time stops during the session leading to pure awareness of the self.

The workshop is for yoga lovers who want to deepen their practice. Also, yoga teachers who have not yet developed the understanding of teaching inversions or/ and have difficulties in practicing them on a daily basis. Some experience in yoga is recommended.
The workshop is a combination of lecture and experience; but mostly, it is the practice itself that applies the method of learning. Students will work with the teacher in hands-on experience, wall, and partnering for some poses.
This is a workshop I’ve been teaching in Miami Beach, Florida, and many other cities around the world with incredible results.
