Today we welcome Annette to our home! Annette is a charming gal who is 92 (soon to be 93!) years young and who has an affinity for chocolate cake and anything sweet.🎂🍩💝🍫☕️

We’re very grateful to have trust placed in us by her family, as well as all the other families who have us care for their loved ones! ❤️🙏

Thank you to everyone who was able to stop by our group home to celebrate 5 years in business! It was a pleasure to mingle, share stories and dive into wonderful food made by Leah.

It doesn’t feel so long ago that Leah and I first opened our doors 5 years ago, but we can look back and gush about how many people we’ve met and how much we appreciate them.

All who have stayed in our care, from former nurses to bartenders to farmers to schoolteachers, have left indelible and life-changing marks on us - not only from memories and wisdom each one may impart, but also from getting to know each one’s family personally and thus gain new friends.

We would also thank our workers and nursing friends who have prevailed with the utmost professionalism these past five years. The care and vigilance exhibited by all of you has allowed us to remain focused on what we can do best.

Finally, we’d like to express gratitude to our friends and family who always offer encouragement, support, critiques and atta-boys! precisely when we need it. Taking on the risk of a small business can be as scary as it is exciting, but to know that so many have our backs makes it easier to stay buoyed.

Voltaire once said that “Appreciation is a wonderful thing. It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well.” Indeed, the excellence shown to us by so many of you has allowed EmbraceCare of Indiana to be successful, and our appreciation for you all will always run deep.

Congratulations to our man Wally, and many thanks to him and his veteran friends who joined us celebrate his accomplishments while in service to our country.

We had a wonderful gathering for Walter, and his friends and family, in our four season room. Together everyone enjoyed a variety of foods and a gracious presentation of awards from Homes for Heroes and Caring Cove Hospice.

It’s Wally’s world! Today was Wally’s birthday and he had his family and friends stop by today to pay him a visit. Along with that we promised him some world-class pizza from Giordanos of Chicago (take a back seat , New York!).

Happy St Patrick’s Day everyone! As is tradition we prepared some corned beef, potatoes, green beans, cabbage and plenty of dessert to celebrate a sunny day and the coming of Spring. Once in the morning and again in early evening, Wally hits the pedals for exercise and a solid workout. It’s impressive and motivating to see how he pushes himself. As part of what we do at EmbraceCare, we provide support and care for our residence. We make sure that each one remains as stimulated and as motivated as possible.

Parlor pizza and chocolate cake were the order of the day as we welcomed Walter into our home! Walter is a spritely gentleman with interests in computers and technology and who also follows the Bears.

EmbraceCare of Indiana is grateful that Walter’s family has trusted us with his daily care and needs.
