Policies
- All infusions must be booked ahead of time, bookings are first come- first serve.
- All clients must be age 15+. All clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign consents and parent or guardian must remain with minor client for the duration of their treatment.
- Absolutely no illicit drugs may be present or in use while the IV specialist is present. If ill
icit drugs are seen or suspected, IV specialist are required to end the treatment, remove the IV and notify law enforcement. Please understand this is to protect the license of both the IV specialist and medical director.
- After the infusion is complete, the IV will be removed by the IV specialist, no IVs are to remain in place after treatment. Establishing the IV:
- Clients are strongly encouraged to drink at least 24 oz of water prior to the IV specialist arriving. This will increase volume in your circulatory system, therefore increasing vein size.
- IV specialists have 2 attempts to establish the IV. After 2 attempts, if the IV is unable to be established (at the fault of the IV specialist) the client will be refunded deposit amount, and given a discount code to use in the future.
- Clients must be able to remain still. If client cannot remain still, resulting in the inability to establish the IV, client will be charged the entire amount of the treatment. All rules and policies are subject to change at any time and without notice.
