Today, CTI had the pleasure of hosting an incredible psycho-educational session on Healthy Boundaries, led by the amazing Yvonne Kaunda from Lens Of Grace. As a life coach and aspiring mental health therapist, Yvonne guided our team through a thought-provoking discussion on the importance of setting and maintaining boundaries—both personally and professionally.

The session was interactive, engaging, and transformational, with team members actively sharing their experiences and learning practical strategies to enforce their boundaries with confidence. By the end of the session, everyone’s confidence in setting boundaries had noticeably improved, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive!
