But today? The story has changed. Aaron is not only thriving in recovery, he’s now a full-time team member at Life Treatment Center! He’s giving back with humility, heart, and a renewed sense of purpose.

We’re a trusted, judgment-free space for anyone seeking support. No appointment required, just come as you are.

With Thanksgiving fast approaching, we’re reminded of the neighbors in our community who could use a helping hand. In the spirit of the season, Life Treatment Centers is collecting donations of essential toiletries.

Items such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and deodorant are in high demand, and our residents rely on the generosity of supporters like you to meet these basic needs.

Life Treatment Centers is honored and energized by the generous support of the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County, Indiana!

Thanks to this award, we’ll be upgrading our outpatient substance use disorder group therapy rooms. Each year, more than 240 individuals rely on these rooms as part of their outpatient treatment journey. With these updates, we expect to increase both capacity and efficiency, positioning our team to support an additional 36 participants in 2026.

We’re deeply grateful for this investment in our mission and excited for the road ahead. Together with partners like the Community Foundation, we’re building stronger pathways to recovery for our community!!

As part of its 2025 fall grants cycle, the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County has awarded $803,500 in Special Project Grants to Dismas House, Ronald McDonald House, Milkweed Gardens, and more.

Life Treatment Centers is in urgent need of coats, gloves, socks, blankets, and hygiene products to help our residents stay warm and healthy.

🎃 This Halloween season, Life Treatment Centers was proud to take part in the South Bend Cubs’ annual Cops & Goblins event at Four Winds Field!
Alongside the South Bend Police Department, we helped bring smiles, safety, and plenty of candy to thousands of local kids and families!! Thank you to everyone who helped make this event happen.
