is coming to a close, so let's celebrate our admin team!

Meet Ty Haines! Ty serves as our Client Specialist and we couldn't be luckier to have her on our team. What do you do protect your own mental health/wellbeing?

"I’ve been at Seasons for a little over two years, and the opportunity to support others here has had a profoundly positive impact on my own mental health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can at home with my family. I also enjoy mowing the lawn, writing, and listening to music; especially Fall Out Boy and Melanie Martinez. Music has always been therapeutic for me, and I find comfort in connecting with lyrics that remind us we’re not alone, even during our hardest moments."

is coming to a close, so let's celebrate our administrative team!

Meet Megan Anderson! Megan has provided front desk administrative support at Seasons for about a year and a half.

What does Megan love about her job?

“I love many things about my work at Seasons. I’ve been here since December 2024. Firstly, I love the relationships I’ve built. Whether it’s with admin staff, clinical staff, or even clients, I feel that I have become more rooted in the community through connections to others. The staff here makes me feel like part of a family.

I also appreciate the impact I get to have on clients’ care, even as simply as collecting payments or scheduling appointments. I know my work is part of the grander system of support for clients, and it feels meaningful to me. I feel valued here, and I take pride in knowing my work is for the benefit of others.

I also love the intersection of my work and my schooling. As an MSW student working towards becoming a clinician someday, I am so happy to be in the field already on the admin side. Understanding all sides of this work is extremely important, and I couldn’t be more blessed than to have this position!”

What extra effort do you put in to make sure Seasons clients have a good experience?

"I try my best to treat each client that is in person and on the phone with respect and kindness, empathy, sympathy, and a helpful attitude. I believe this helps in making them feel this is a safe and friendly environment/place to receive the help they are seeking."

April is , so please join us in celebrating our counselors!

Ali Carter, graduate student intern:

Why did you want to pursue becoming a therapist?

"I have always known I wanted to become a therapist, and my path has been shaped by walking through many significant personal challenges, including serious health issues and the loss of my mother.

After being diagnosed with and overcoming cancer in 2022, I
was motivated to return to school and pursue this path more intentionally. Those experiences strengthened my sense of purpose in supporting others through difficult seasons of life. I wanted to be someone who could sit with others in those moments and help them make sense of what they’re going through."
