Are you stuck in a cycle of "what ifs"?
Constantly replaying the past or worrying about the future can be exhausting and unproductive. The truth is—we can’t change what’s already happened, and we can’t predict what’s ahead. So why do we dwell on them?
It often comes down to control. We try to prevent mistakes, prepare for every possible outcome, or make sense of past missteps. But what if, instead, we chose to be fully present?
Living intentionally in the now might feel uncomfortable at first, but it’s also incredibly freeing. Let go of the “what ifs” and embrace the “what is.”
