What is a Biofield?

In short, it is the energy that your body lives in. It's a great idea to keep it in good shape.

You would not allow your home to fall apart at the seams, to let the leaks continue, the dirt to pile up in cracks and crevices, or your windows to become so dirty that you can no longer see through them.

The same mindset can be applied to your biofield. It does get a little tricky when you cannot see the energy. Biofield workers know where the energy ideally flows and the emotions that drive it.

Here is the best tip for keeping your biofield tuned up - seek inner peace. Nothing disturbs the biofield quicker than the stress response. A chronic stress response can be devastating to your health.

The quickest fix, FEEL gratitude. Thinking grateful thoughts is not enough. You have to feel it for it to be effective. The biggest challenge I see in working with clients who are new to energy work is that many don't know how to feel good. It just isn't a part of their repertoire. Yet it is the one place where your body releases it's amazing health maintenance systems that keep us alive and thriving.
