Appointment Changes Due to the Impact of COVID-19

Due to very recent national health care guidelines from organizations including The Centers for Disease Control, ACOG and the Surgeon General of the United States, we are making some immediate changes regarding the patients we will be seeing in the office.

Please know that this new guideline is a preventive measure to contribute to social distancing and limit potential COVID-19 exposure for our patients and staff. This does not change our dedication to serving our patients, but instead reflects our commitment to ensure their safety.

All annual exams and non-urgent gynecology appointments will be cancelled for the next two weeks. If you have already scheduled an appointment for a gynecology problem and feel that you need to be seen, then we encourage you to keep that appointment.

Our office will contact you to reschedule, but do not plan to come in for these appointments starting Monday, March 23 through April 3.

We will continue to see our pregnant patients for routine OB appointments. Our providers will continue to care for our pregnant patients, as prenatal care is essential and of the utmost importance to both mother and baby.

To improve access to care, we are quickly developing Telemedicine options. We will contact you when these options are available.

Also, we want to remind you that, if you will be coming in for an appointment, the current visitor policy allows only one adult visitor to accompany you if necessary. Unfortunately, no children are allowed in the office.

We are sorry about this inconvenience. Please know that our medical team is here to answer your questions during this time. Although our phone lines will be extremely busy within the next several weeks, we want to give careful attention to each of your needs; and we will call you back as soon as possible.
