Success Story: Iva Depue – A New Chapter of Independence

On July 31, 2025, Iva Depue was welcomed into Healthwin Health & Rehabilitation, beginning a journey that would mark a meaningful shift in her path toward renewed independence and well-being.

Before coming to Healthwin, Ms. Depue lived independently at home. While she managed her daily life on her own, ongoing physical and health challenges began to affect her quality of life. Recognizing the need for additional support, Ms. Depue—together with her family and the guidance of our Interdisciplinary Team—took a courageous step toward exploring new possibilities for her care and independence.

During her stay at Healthwin, Ms. Depue worked closely with our team of professionals, participating in personalized care and rehabilitation designed to strengthen her physical abilities and build confidence. Her resilience, positive spirit, and willingness to embrace change have been nothing short of inspiring.

As a result of her progress, Ms. Depue is now preparing for the next exciting chapter: transitioning to Assisted Living. This move reflects her continued commitment to maintaining as much independence as possible while ensuring she has the support she needs to thrive.

We are incredibly proud of Ms. Depue and grateful to have been part of her journey. Her story is a testament to the power of teamwork, perseverance, and the belief that with the right support, new doors can always open.

We had an incredible time yesterday at our special event, bringing together our staff and community partners for a night filled with connection, relaxation, and celebration! 💙

One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was sharing space and time with the incredible vendors we partner with in the community. These relationships go beyond services — they reflect a shared commitment to care, compassion, and uplifting those we serve. 💫
