Okay but can we just talk about how FABULOUS this week has been?! 💁‍♀️💖
Today some of us got into the spirit for our Crazy Hair Day. Our residents loved it! On Wednesday, Jessica from Dunes Hospice LLC came in and gave our ladies the full-on GLAM treatment—& let me tell you… they did not come to play! 📸✨ We’re talking smiles, laughter, confidence, & a whole lotta “who is she?!” energy. Seeing everyone step out of their everyday routine & absolutely own the moment in front of the camera was everything. The vibes were high, the laughs were loud, & the glow-ups were REAL. Seriously… everybody came out looking like they just walked off a magazine cover 💅Jessica, you didn’t just take pictures—you brought the fun, the sparkle, & the confidence boost we didn’t know we needed. You officially made our whole week brighter!

🌿✂️🧚‍♀️ We grew potted grass friends and gave them hair-dos today - some got barrettes, some got pig-tails but they were all adorable! 🌿✂️🧚‍♀️

Today we celebrated our very first Spirit Friday, & it did not disappoint! We had some amazing twinning moments—our resident Phyllis matched perfectly with Donna & Janee in their University of Notre Dame shirts (Go Irish! ☘️). Meanwhile, our fabulous housekeeping duo, Rosemary & Roxanne, showed up in style with their own matching look. & of course… Allison, Naomi, and Amanda kept it sleek & classy, all coordinated in black. 🖤 We loved seeing everyone join in & have fun—it truly brought out the spirit in our community!

🥰🧚‍♀️💐 Our residents enjoyed a jewelry-making day in the sunroom with some good music and conversation! And what do you know... PINK was the most popular color! 🥰🧚‍♀️💐

What a FUN-filled week!! ☀️🎶
We kicked things off by soaking up the sunshine out on the porch—drinks in hand, music playing, and lots of smiles all around! 😎🍹 Then it was time to get creative as we decorated the CUTEST little houses (seriously, so much personality in each one! 🏠✨).
And the grand finale? 🍓 We made delicious strawberry cheesecake parfaits with help from Jerome in Dietary… and yes, they tasted just as amazing as they look! 😋

🎨🥂🩵 Big thank you to Maisy from Heartland Hospice for hosting a Paint & Sip with our residents - they made beautiful spring paintings while enjoying some sparkling drinks! We are getting our April showers, now we're ready for the May flowers! 🎨🥂🩵

A big THANK YOU to Kurt from Ascent Hospice for helping us with our fun Grass Heads craft and for sweetening our day with all the goodies he brought! 🌱💚 We had such a great time getting creative, and now the waiting game begins… 👀 Stay tuned as our Grass Heads start to grow—we can’t wait to give them some hilarious hairstyles! ✂️😄 We appreciate your kindness and support, Kurt!

Just a little update. We are rescheduling our Easter Hunt for next Friday due to the wet weather. Bring the kids and family for some belated Easter fun

🐰🎨🩵 Our residents welcomed in spring and painted adorable little bunnies to decorate their rooms! We love seeing all the bright colors, especially on this rainy day. Shoutout to our incredible Activities Director, Naomi, who always brings the cheer! 🐰🎨🩵
