📣 CALL TO ACTION 📣

With the recent public notice of the intent to submit a proposal to amend Indiana Medicaid Waivers, we are looking to hear from our residents, families and other providers in the Indiana Medicaid Waiver space. There are quite a few changes looking to be submitted for approval to CMS on 9/8/2025 and if approved, they will go into effect on 12/31/2025.

Integrated health care coordination is an integral part of the daily care that we provide to our residents in Assisted Living. IHCC helps to bring our residents daily coordination for medical care, review of daily vitals, resident education and so much more. Our residents and their families rely on our teams to provide coordination services to improve the overall quality of life for our residents.

If you or your loved one receives these services that are proposed to change, please reach out to us! If you are a provider that provides IHCC services, please reach out to us! We want to hear your story and help to advocate for our seniors!

In addition to reaching out to OPS Living Communities, please submit your comment today to advocate that these services being removed will negatively effect HCBS recipients. For the Health and Wellness Waiver or TBI waiver, please email DDRSwaivernoticecomment@fssa.in.gov. For the Pathways Waiver, please email your comments to inpathways@fssa.in.gov.
