Get ready for some St. Patrick’s Day fun all around Downtown South Boston with ShamROCK the Block!☘️ This is a fun way to EXPLORE downtown and support local businesses!
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Visit one of the selected busineess below to pick up a shamrock to take home and decorate however you’d like:
THE MERCANTILE and VINTAGE MARKET, 510 N Main Street
The Light Spiritual Wellness Center, 435 Main Street
Honey Bees Consignment, 230 Main Street
Step 2: Bring your decorated shamrock back to SoVa Arts Collective, 419 Main Street, March 16th-March 17th! (Earlier the better!)
Step 3: Between March 19th - March 21st, pictures of decorated shamrocks will be on our page for voting in your favorite.
Step 4: One winner selected in 3 age categories - Ages 2-10 prize is a $50 voucher; Ages 11-18 is a $50 voucher; Age 19+ is $100 a voucher! All prize vouchers can be used on purchases at ANY downtown business!
BONUS FUN:
One business will be hiding a Golden Shamrock somewhere inside their store!
We’ll be giving out hints on our page until March 17th or until found, to help you find it! The prize will be a gift basket filled with goodies from downtown businesses!
If you find the Golden Shamrock, you’ll win the bonus prize and you can still participate in the decorating contest too!
