🎄 Holiday Closure Notice from Hometown Family & Immediate Care 🎄

As we celebrate the Christmas season, our team at Hometown Family & Immediate Care would like to wish our patients and community a joyful, peaceful, and healthy holiday.

To allow our staff time to enjoy the holidays with their families and friends, our clinic will be closed from December 24, 2026 through December 28, 2026. We will reopen on Monday, December 29, 2026.

Due to inclement weather, our office will be closed for the remainder of today (12/08) and through the afternoon tomorrow (12/09). We will continue to keep patients updated about upcoming appointments as road conditions change.

If you need us, you may still call the office and leave a voicemail — we will return all calls within 24 hours of reopening.

Our clinic will be closed Wednesday, November 26th through Friday, November 28th, 2025 for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 1st.
