GOFUND ME FOR CLOVER FIRE DEPT RECOVERY EFFORTS>

As many of you know, our local fire department, Clover Volunteer Fire Department lost a firetruck in a rollover accident while responding to a fire. Luckily, their president Bert Martin survived. He has an extensive recovery process but is expected to make a full recovery.

We understand that insurance will cover a good part of the loss however a volunteer fire department is a firefighting organization where members dedicate their time to serving their community, often in rural areas, without receiving financial compensation. These departments rely on the dedication and bravery of local residents who volunteer to respond to emergencies, participate in training, and maintain equipment.

Now is a great time to pull together to support our local department and be there for them like they are there for us.
