Reclaiming Movement was originally built to create a community I wished I had while I was navigating shifts in my body over the years, but it was ALSO built equally, if not more so because it is the community I also need right now.

If I’m completely honest, this course was built somewhat selfishly 🫣

Right here, right now as I write this…

🔸My body feels foreign
🔸My movement routine is unstructured and disjointed
🔸My strength fluctuates daily
🔸My energy level is different (read: depleted)
🔸My former identity is dormant (not lost ❤️)
🔸My priorities have shifted
🔸My time is unpredictable
🔸My bandwidth is thin
🔸The woman I see in the mirror is unrecognizable right now (the hardest of all)

This is where I’m at. This is the work I’m doing.

This is also work I’ve *done*…but I’m being asked to sharpen my tools - and this time, I’m not doing it alone. I want to do this with you.

Let me be clear, I don’t have it all figured out. I don’t have the fix.

But I *do* have the container to share our stories, learn from each other, and normalize how deeply these changes affect us. Because in the end, we all are looking for connection. And for the people who truly see us 🫶🏻

This is for you if:
• Something has shifted and movement doesn’t fit like it used to

• You’re navigating changes in your body, identity, or life

• You’re currently doing work you thought you’d already done

• You want to break down barriers instead of bypassing them

• You need people around you who get that this is hard, confusing, and often painful

Let me be so clear - when I say he is “right”…I mean scientifically, yes, when you’re talking about building muscle.

But I will always stand firmly in my belief that people should move in ANY way that feels good to them and everyone else should S**U about it ✌🏻Come for me, I couldn’t care less ☺️

Confession: I had an “A HA! 💡” moment on a walk with a friend yesterday where I realized I was getting my own work WRONG 🫣

We were talking about who Reclaiming Movement is for, and I heard myself say “My current clients probably wouldn’t need this - they’re already in the gym with me.”

When I got home, it hit me: That’s exactly the mindset this work exists to CHALLENGE 🤯

This isn’t about getting into a gym. Or finally finding that unicorn routine that works for you. It’s about alignment.

I’m in the gym every day. I train people. I move my body. And I STILL need this work. It’s ongoing for me too 🙋🏼‍♀️

This isn’t about whether you’re working out or not working out. Or whether gyms feel comfy or impossible. It’s about understanding how movement and exercise have been shaped for you throughout your life. Unpacking the layers by reflecting, sharing and listening to others’ stories. And building a path forward that actually aligns with who you are and what you value 🙌🏻

This is for you if (revised 😉):

✨You’re already moving but something feels off or complicated
✨You’re not moving and you’re not sure why
✨Movement used to be FUN and feel good and you want that feeling back
✨You’re navigating a new body or new season of life
✨You want to redefine strength and empowerment for yourself

65+ hours of thoughtful and honest curation + 7 years in this field + 38 years as a human navigating an ever-evolving body...and well, gosh, I’m feeling READY to create this community with you!

Reclaiming Movement is a 4 week group course where we’ll:

✔️Create a safe, inclusive space to explore how our experiences have shaped “exercise”.
✔️Get clear on how diet culture shows up both in our fitness spaces and in social media.
✔️Get curious about what strength means to you and grant the permission to define that for yourself.
✔️Systematically build a path forward where movement feels empowering in your life.
✔️Connect & share with a community of folks who are right there with you.
