one of the most important pieces of my mission at TGCF is to do my very best to make movement accessible to ANYONE…and especially to those who haven’t found a safe space to explore finding strength in their body 🫶🏻

and look, the wellness world is always overcomplicating things that just aren’t that complicated. no one is inventing new snazzy exercises or making a workout that is SOOOO much better than someone else’s…although they will tell you there are 😉

in terms of general population movers (as in not a professional athlete or training for a specific sport - that’s most of us, me included!) there are a couple fundamental things to consider and that’s it. it’s pretty simple…and thank goodness for that!! 💪🏻

Your body is powerful, intuitive, and worthy - it’s just waiting for the right invitation. 💫

This is where you start. Where you learn to trust your body again (or maybe for the first time). Whether movement feels foreign or you’ve never found something that is truly a place to intentionally and slowly begin, this program meets you right where you are.

The Movement Invitation 💌 gives you 4 weeks of workouts that will quickly become your home base - just 20-25 minutes, 2 times a week (1 full body and 1 core/mobility), absolutely no equipment needed, 100% remote = join from anywhere. Week 1 might feel like “okay, I can do this...” and by Week 4 you’ll be like “wait, LOOK WHAT THE HECK I JUST DID!” 🤩

Progressive but never pushy. Simple but never boring. Two workouts per week that help you build consistency and remember that your body is strong and capable.

i asked all my clients to fill out a 20 question “movement story” when i onboarded everyone to our new platform, Everfit - and there was a BIG theme in the “what’s your WHY” answers so I wanted to share a few 🤩

i ask this question because it is extremely important to know what movement in your life means to you and WHY you’re doing it...AND maybe equally as important, what your individual consequences are if you don’t do it.

it is bigger than a goal to realize. and it is sure as heck way bigger than wanting to lose weight or just “be healthy”.

it is your HIGH STAKES north ⭐️ it’s what will keep you consistent. it’s what will help you enjoy the path and not just a shortsighted “result”. it’s what will help you remember what it is all for.

imagine feeling mobile, strong, able, independent, confident, PAIN FREE, energized...well into your later years of life - YES, PLEASE 🙌🏻

there is a lot of gray in a lot of areas. a lot of “agree to disagree” resolutions. not here. not when it comes to the lives of children. women. BIPOC. LGBTQ folks. immigrants. HUMANS. it’s that simple.
