📣📣📣TGCF COLLECTIVE SPOTS OPEN!
This is our small group training offering (4 humans max!) and as we head full force into spring...it’s the perfect time to hop in!! 💪🏻
🌟highlights about our 4:1 small group sessions🌟
✔️ FUNCTIONAL & SCALABLE PROGRAMMING: group programming that considers what feels good RIGHT NOW (we’ll start where you’re at!) and what makes you feel STRONG and empowered!
✔️ COMMUNITY: the vibes are supportive, welcoming, inclusive, and centered around raising each other up!
✔️ ALL THE SKILLS & GYM CONFIDENCE: you’re getting set up to take your movement anywhere and everywhere! you’re going to get darn good at setting up your equipment (ie load a barbell, adjust the TRX, set up the cable machine for different movements, etc), navigating a shared studio space, working in on shared equipment, efficiently managing your workout and rest time, tuning into your body to know when to progress/regress a movement, and asking questions about anything and everything you need help with!
💫This is the perfect space to try all the things things, feel safe asking questions, and find movement you LOVE that makes you feel like a bada$$😘
