Epiphany Wellness VT

Epiphany Wellness VT Everyone needs to eat. Learn about what YOUR body needs and recapture the wisdom of our ancestors.

So many chronic illnesses and perpetual mood issues have their roots in what we eat, and yet the food we consume is often the last thing we consider when we do not feel well. My goal is to help you to evaluate what your body is trying to tell you about how things are working, food and environmental triggers, and what the body needs to bring it back into balance.

🌿✨ What Does It Mean to Be a Trauma-Informed Nutrition Practitioner? ✨🌿

At Epiphany Wellness VT, LLC, I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness, which is why I embrace a trauma-informed perspective in my nutrition practice. But what does that really mean?

Being a trauma-informed nutrition practitioner means understanding and acknowledging the profound impact that trauma can have on a person's relationship with food and their overall well-being. It means creating a safe, empathetic, and supportive space where you can openly explore your health without judgment.

Here’s how a trauma-informed approach benefits you:

1. **Safety First**: I prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and challenges.

2. **Empathy and Understanding**: I approach each individual with compassion and recognize the diverse ways trauma can manifest in dietary habits and health.

3. **Empowerment**: My goal is to empower you to make informed choices about your nutrition and health, respecting your autonomy and personal journey.

4. **Holistic Care**: I consider the whole person, integrating mental, emotional, and physical health to provide comprehensive support.

5. **Flexibility and Adaptability**: I understand that everyone's path is unique and am here to adapt my strategies to fit your individual needs and circumstances.

If you're ready to experience a supportive and understanding approach to nutrition, let's connect! Reach out to learn how my trauma-informed approach can support your wellness journey.

🌟 Your path to healing and health is unique and I'm here to walk it with you. 🌟

🌟 Transform Your Health with Functional Nutritional Therapy! 🌟

Hello everyone! 👋 I’m thrilled to share what I do as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and how it can make a difference for those dealing with chronic illness, autoimmune disease, mold biotoxin illness, and Lyme disease.

🔍 What is Functional Nutritional Therapy?
It’s a comprehensive, holistic approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues rather than merely treating symptoms. By analyzing your unique body chemistry, lifestyle, and health history, I create personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies designed to support your body’s natural healing processes.

🍏 How Can I Help You?
- Chronic Illness Management: Develop strategies to manage and potentially reduce symptoms associated with long-term health conditions.
- Autoimmune Disease Support: Tailor nutrition plans to help modulate immune function and reduce inflammation.
- Mold Biotoxin Illness: Implement protocols to support detoxification and address the impact of mold exposure on your health.
- Lyme Disease Assistance: Create a comprehensive plan to support your body’s healing, manage symptoms, and boost overall wellness.

Your journey to better health is unique, and I’m here to offer guidance and support tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re struggling with chronic conditions or just looking to improve your overall well-being, let’s work together to find the best path for you.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you’re ready to start your journey toward improved health and vitality.

I'm still looking for a couple of volunteers! As part of my graduate program, I am taking a course in Food Relationship Coaching. Because our relationship with food can be messy, changing our diet and lifestyle can be really challenging. This process examines this relationship and creates space for my clients to work through some of these challenges.
As a practice client, we'll do three 45-60 minute coaching sessions that focus on the stumbling blocks you are experiencing in your path to making the healthy choices you already know you want/need to make. Most of us know what we need to do to shift to a healthier way of eating, but food is such a sticky subject for so many people that it can be hard to make those shifts. In these sessions, I won't be telling you what to eat but will instead make space for you to talk about your relationship with food. We won’t be building nutrition plans and this is not therapy. I am a student and am still learning, and practicing these skills is an important part of that process. In all of this, I will approach you as a whole person, with compassion and empathy, understanding that learning how to think and feel differently about our bodies and circumstances is as important as what we do. Please send me a private message if you are interested in helping me with this. Thank you so much!
