📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends, no late nights)

What You’ll Do:
As a Medical Assistant at Champlain Medical, you will play a key role in both clinical and administrative aspects of the practice, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent patient experiences.
🩺 Clinical Responsibilities:
• Assist providers during exams, procedures, and patient visits
• Obtain vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and reconcile medications
• Prepare patients for visits by completing pre-visit paperwork
• Administer vaccines and assist in basic procedures following standing protocols
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
đź“‹ Administrative Duties:
• Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out
• Schedule appointments, process copays, and handle patient messages
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and referrals as directed by providers
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to safety and infection control policies
• Attend team meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
âś” High school diploma or GED required
âś” Fluent in English
âś” At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN
âś” Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy medical environment
âś” A team player with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence
