“For the past years, I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and have had four hip surgeries over the past 20 years. I’ve always been diligent about doing exercise but focused mainly on pilates, dance, essentrics, tai chi and yoga. All great exercises for posture, mobility, and balance. About 18 months ago I joined Artemis and just happened to have an InBody scan at my doctor which gave me measurements of muscle mass, fat, and weight. After coming to Artemis twice/week for a year, my muscle mass went up 18%! I can see a notable difference in my muscle definition and strength. Not only that, but I thought I was going to need a calcium infusion treatment which luckily I am not going to need right now after all.
