Welcome to our offices based in South Burlington, Burlington’s New North End and Milton. Timber Lane Pediatrics has been providing pediatric care in the Burlington area for over 50 years. Our physicians and staff continue to dedicate themselves to the health and care of infants, children and adolescents from birth through age 22. Here at Timber Lane Pediatrics we know that autism is not your fault. We stand with the statements from the and regarding the safety of vaccines and Tylenol (acetaminophen) during pregnancy and childhood. COVID vaccines will be available in October! As recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics we will offer COVID vaccines to all patients who want one. Stay tuned for more information. Updates on flu, RSV and Covid immunizations in the newsletter. Unfortunately at this time we cannot get COVID - more information to come over the next few weeks, stay tuned.

We will be closed Sunday and Monday for the holiday weekend. We will be open our regular hours on Saturday at our South Burlington office from 830 to noon. If you have an urgent or emergent concern after hours please call the office to reach our answering service. They can connect you to our on call team.

We know, summer is in full swing! Sorry to even bring up school. But around here we start to think of back to school physicals and fall sports at this time of year. We also think about making plans for asthma control as kids return to school and the inevitable cold viruses. We also think about fine tuning ADHD or anxiety plans to make sure our kids are set up for success. Maybe adjusting medications or setting up a plan that doesn’t involve medications, whatever works best for your family. As you can see we have got your kid’s health on our mind! Our schedules fill quickly so if you need a visit before school please call ASAP!

Welcome to Dr. Louisa Salisbury! Dr. Salisbury joined the team at our Milton office and is accepting patients of all ages. She comes to us with a wealth of experience in primary care pediatrics. We are so glad she is bringing that experience to Timber Lane Pediatrics. She has a special interest in child development and preventative care. You can read her full bio on our website. Holiday Week Hours:

The Health Department notified health care professionals of a measles case in Lamoille County. At this time there is no ongoing transmission risk from this case, the child was isolating during their infectious period.

***No additional or extra vaccines are needed due to this case***
***We will continue to monitor recommendations from The Vermont Health Department and reach out if needed***

Who should get a measles vaccine (MMR)?

All children should get dose #1 at 12 months and dose #2 at 4 years.

If you are traveling internationally or traveling to an area with a known outbreak and your child 6 months of age or older has not completed the MMR series please call to discuss.

If your child is under 6 months of age please avoid travel to areas with known outbreaks.
