Our Wednesday Storytime Playgroup is transitioning to a Waterplay Wednesday for the summer!

Join us 10:00 – 11:30 AM for a fun and casual playgroup and waterplay. All families with children 0-5 are encouraged to attend! This playgroup takes place at 50 Joy Drive, South Burlington, VT.

This event is free and open to the public. Join at the Champlain Valley Expo if you're looking to find resources for you or someone you know who is struggling with substance use.

Last week, we kicked off a new partnership with the Leahy Center at Champlain College.

This collaboration not only strengthens our tech support and increases team bandwidth; it also reflects Lund’s values of collaboration, innovation, support, teamwork, and community. Local students will gain hands-on experience in a mission-driven environment, while we build a more connected and resilient support system.

Join us this Saturday for a free playgroup at Shelburne Farms.

Meet us at the Farm Barn at 10am, then explore the Children’s Farmyard, discover how cheddar is made, and walk the beautiful grounds. Caregivers must stay with their children the whole time. All families with children 0-5 are encouraged to attend (older children welcome), lunch provided for the whole family!

We are pleased to announce that Melissa Appleton has been awarded the 2025 Congressional Angel in Adoption Award for the State of Vermont. CCAI’s Angels in Adoption® Leadership Program honors a wide spectrum of individuals and organizations making extraordinary contributions in adoption, permanency, and child welfare.

Melissa is Lund’s Post Permanency Services Coordinator, and for the past 19 years, she has dedicated herself to supporting families formed through adoption and guardianship.
