No, It’s Not Just Aging

Stop blaming your back pain on “getting older.”
That’s the easy excuse — but it’s not the truth.

My best friend turned 72 this year and she still rides horses, takes care of the barn, mows, weedeats, tends to her flower garden, and of course quilting.

🟢Aging isn’t the problem.
🟢Weak muscles and sh*tty movement patterns are.

I’ve worked with 70-year-olds who move like athletes — hiking, lifting, chasing grandkids — and I’ve worked with 30-year-olds who move like they’re 90, wincing every time they stand up from a chair.
