Co-existing W/ Trauma: A Psychedelic and Somatic Journey Inward Certified life coach. Mind, body, & soul somatic energy guide & plant medicine facilitator❤️ My name is Bree, i am a mom, a healer, and a life coach.

I have been put on this earth to help guide others in the direction to their own unique purpose. Through somatic healing (body based therapy) and the use of psychedelics (or not), i can transform the way you think about your trauma. What hold does it have on you? and how do i move that stuck traumatic energy out of my body? I want you to be filled with a different story!! If you are feeling tired of running the same patterns, calling in the same type of relationships and just burn out from all the hustle and bustle of what it means to be human nowadays? This is the calling to dismantle these old limiting beliefs that you are not good enough. This is your sign...that there is more to life than your trauma. I am here to help guide you through these hard moments. I am still healing and growing myself, but the one thing that remains the same is...my passion for wanting a better world for my self and my kids. But also for the collective so we can change the world from fear based to love filled....but first we need to do the work ourselves!!! Then shine so bright we don't have to feel shame for it!!

Coming out with a monthly calendar showcasing my upcoming events , groups, children's activities, workshops and collaborations ect.

Also I used wix for my website and theres a good possibility that I may lose that whole thing so standby while that transition happens.

I'm going to start using my business Facebook and personal pages to update how this moves forward.

Sister circle has become a huge impact in my learning to even make this all happen.
Figuring out a schedule and for things to happen has become the greatest challenge 🙌 ✨️
