Reaching out to our social and local networks for support as Prime Medical Transport expands!!

We're looking to add another non-emergency medical transport driver, preferrably with a CNA/EMT type background. This is an ideal opportunity for a current or retired firefighter/police/paramedic, or anyone with strong empathy who's looking to learn/grow.

What we do isn't always glamorous, but the beauty lies in helping others while making life accessible for our communities. Not much beats being on the road while also being a brightspot 😊 in someones day. Read our reviews, customers love PMT because we show up and truly care. Ohh, don't forget we pay well and take care of our employees 🤘.

Cape Cod Post Acute is here to help you build your bridge to independence with !

Our recent patient Elda came to Cape Cod Post Acute to recover from fall that resulted in multiple fractures. Through her individualized recovery plan and personalized physical therapy sessions, Elda is on her way to regaining her strength, mobility, and independence!
