Meet Miss Morgan, CEO and Executive Director. Morgan is the visionary behind SDC and is so excited and grateful to watch the dream come to life 💜

Get to know Morgan by reading her bio below 👇

Morgan Phillips is the Founder, President, and CEO of Spectrum Dance Company, with over 13 years of dance experience. She has been teaching dance for 10 years, focusing on students with special needs, and emphasizes confidence, independence, and equal opportunity. Morgan has professional experience in behavioral and developmental support, including roles as a Registered Behavioral Technician and special needs caretaker. She developed a dance program for adults with developmental disabilities, enhancing her skills in adaptive instruction. From 2017 to 2020, she directed a dance studio in Huntsville, AL, gaining leadership experience. As someone with ADHD, she advocates for neurodiversity and inclusive arts programming, aiming to provide high-quality training and opportunities for all individuals.
