Les wants to become serious competitor in HYROX. He came into this 90 Day Challenge with a clear goal, to get lean. He knew nutrition was the missing piece, so he locked in and got to work.

Week after week, Les set the tone right at 5am by consistently being the first to complete team challenges and often putting up top scores. His discipline and competitive mindset showed in everything he did.

Now that his nutrition is dialed in, Les is operating on a whole new level. I’m excited to see Les prove just how powerful proper fueling can be.
