Tower Hill Healthcare Center eases the transition from hospital to home by providing individualized and compassionate care to every resident. We offer a wide variety of services including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, a state-certified secured Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias care unit, short term respite care, and wound care. Our professional healthcare team works to our residents’ strengths and provides a positive experience throughout the challenges of rehabilitation. For our long-term residents, we provide an ideal environment for the body and spirit to ease the way through whatever difficulties residents and their loved-ones may encounter.
