Hi, I'm Kate! I have spent the past twenty years helping empower women. I’m here as guide, confidant, and accountability.

If you can't figure out why you haven't decluttered yet I help get over your mental sh*t so you can get rid of your physical sh*t I believe we all have our own answers, but it can be tough to access them on our own because of all the other noise. You have a unique story and I am here to help you honor that story, while creating an intentional future. While I have worked in psychology for twenty years, it was my own decluttering journey in 2018 that showed me the connection between self-care and home health. That was when I dedicated myself to helping other women deal with their life as a whole, including the state of the space they lived in. I want you to discover the power I found in taking control of my home, shaking of life-long limiting beliefs, and learning exactly how much power I truly had. As a certified Life Coach and with those twenty years of experience working to empower women as a licensed therapist, I have a unique perspective on decluttering your home that is about you and your journey, not just the stuff in your home. This is the secret to having enough time.

The secret to not being a mess if you do run out of time is...

𝘿𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙝 𝙣𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚.

What!?

I know! Mind blown.

It isn't the running out of time or bring late that is making you anxious, it's your perception of it all.

Continue at a measured pace and you will get done or get there calmer, and with fewer missteps.

Besides rushing saves you what? 3 minutes? 5? What does that change in the grand scheme?

A decluttered life isn't only one with less physical stuff, it's also one with less mental b.s. weighing you down.

Lists, especially lists you reuse, are amazing.

"Wait, what did I need to do, get, pack, bring, clean, put in the car, leave for the dog, tell the babysitter...?"

✔️ Checklists in your phone or on a piece of paper slipped into a plastic sheet cover that you check off with a dry erase marker, or however you like to do it!

Watch your anxiety melt away like ice in that cool drink on the beach you're dreaming of.

It's the oldest decluttering truck in the book:

Give your stuff to someone else so you don't really feel like you're getting rid of stuff.

But people don't always want your old stuff!!

➡️ If you're on the receiving end and want to say No, do it. It's better than feeling stuck with something you can't get rid of yourself for fear of what the other person will think when they come over and their hand-me-down is gone.

Just say no. It's the honest thing to do.
