Hi, I’m Aubra, a licensed massage therapist and the heart behind Inner Wellness, located inside Nash Beauty Bar. I offer a personalized approach to wellness, because no two bodies — or needs — are the same.

You can choose to combine massage with energy work, enjoy a massage on its own, or book energy work as a standalone session. Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, physical relief, emotional balance, or simply quiet time to reset, there’s something here for you and where you’re at in your journey.

As 2025 comes to a close, I just want to take a moment to say thank you. This year has been truly special, and it wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you. ✨️
