The parade of vintage tractors, including John Deere, International Harvester, Oliver, Allis-Chalmers, and Ford flywheelers, passed by, filling the air with the unmistakable scent of diesel fuel and the distinctive sounds of slow, rhythmic chugging punctuated by distinct firing cycles and long, quiet pauses, all hallmarks of the classic 'hit-and-miss' engine. This experience transported our residents back to their youth, a time when these iconic tractors reigned supreme in the fields. Our appreciation goes out to the Flywheelers Museum for presenting such a memorable display.

The evolution of modern America was both observed and influenced by our residents. Their generation has seen innovations unprecedented in history, and we commemorated this by dining and celebrating through the decades. Our banquet culminated a week of experiencing the transformations that have occurred during our residents' lifetimes. From WW2 nurses, school teachers, doctors, business professionals, and telephone operators, we gained insight into the numerous changes in their lifetime. It was a remarkable week concluded by an exceptional dinner.

This award honors chefs who exemplify professionalism, and Chef Kevin is more than deserving. His leadership has elevated dining across 150+ StoryPoint Group communities, turning meals into experiences and dining rooms into gathering spaces. We couldn’t be prouder. Way to go, Chef Kevin!

The development of electronic games has progressed substantially, from vintage arcade games to sophisticated Virtual Reality gaming. We thank Rocket Arcade for offering our residents a pleasurable experience. While VR is intriguing, it cannot duplicate the characteristic feel and interaction of a high-quality pinball machine. TY Rocket Arcade . Our residents loved the experience you provided.

Our residents have experienced and been a part of a ‘generation of innovation’. So many changes have occurred in their life time. We are having fun seeing some of those changes. In these photos we are flying kites and drones as we have explored how flight has changed in their lifetime. The fact that the kite ended up in a tree and the drone crashed on a roof made it all the more memorable.
