Join us at VCU Health CMH as we share the health and celebrate community. Full Circle Bloom will be here giving away fantastic, fresh food sourced directly from local gardens, including our very own Seeds of Change Community Garden at CMH.

Real-time blood sugar monitors offer insights, but a VCU Health endocrinologist says using them without a doctor’s guidance may do more harm than good.

Big box stores are now selling a device typically used by people with diabetes to make critical decisions about their insulin levels. But these over-the-counter continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) aren’t marketed for diabetes.

📢 📢 VCU Health CMH will be hosting a Rural Trauma Development Course on December 9, from 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. in Education rooms 1113 and 1114 in the C.A.R.E. Building. This course is open to CMH staff and any area EMS providers. Breakfast and lunch will be provided along with all course materials. Registration is open through December 4.
