This milestone marks a significant step toward health equity and expanding access to mental health and substance use services for underserved communities.

We invite Southland residents, community leaders, and stakeholders to join us for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at our office: 900 E. 162nd Street, Suite 102, South Holland, IL 60473.
