Hello June! What are your plans for the rest of the summer? I hope to get to the beach at some point before it gets too hot. Personally I prefer to be in the forest but I do love the feeling of sand between my toes, collecting seashells on the beach, and watching my son play in the water. Here's to a great summer!

This is a huge shift for our country that will hopefully continue to bring to light the harmful additives in our food supply. The average American consumes over half of their caloric intake from ultra processed foods which have little to no nutritional value and have been linked to many adverse health outcomes. You can guess what they are- Type 2 diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure and cholesterol, obesity, depression, anxiety, IBS and other gut imbalances, and the list goes on. This affects children and adults so be mindful of your food labels, even small changes over time is better than no change at all.
