Support does not have to mean retelling your trauma.

The Mycelium Collective focuses on grounding, stabilization, and connection through guided, enjoyable activities. There is no trauma processing and no pressure to share personal details.

Skills emerge naturally through doing things together, not through lectures or worksheets.

This approach is evidence-based, ISSTD-informed, and intentionally designed to feel human rather than clinical.

Sometimes words are not the easiest way to connect or express what is happening inside.

Session 7 of The Mycelium Collective focuses on creative expression through mixed media. This session offers a flexible, supportive space where different parts can engage visually, tactilely, or quietly, without needing to explain or perform.

Creative activities can support grounding, internal communication, and cooperation in ways that feel natural rather than forced. Participation is always optional, and there is no expectation to share what you create.

You do not have to participate the “right” way to belong.

At The Mycelium Collective, participation is flexible by design. You can engage quietly, creatively, socially, or simply by being present.

Each biweekly session focuses on grounding, connection, and practical support in a way that respects how dissociation works in real life. No trauma processing. No pressure to share personal details. No expectation to perform progress.

Just a steady, system-affirming space built for sustainability and community.

The Mycelium Collective meets every other Friday, offering a predictable rhythm that supports stability without asking systems to push beyond their capacity.

Biweekly meetings leave space to rest, integrate, and move at a pace that respects how dissociation actually works in daily life.

This is a space designed for sustainability, where showing up regularly does not mean showing up perfectly.

Enrollment remains open, and you are welcome to join when it feels right. https://www.gingergrovecollective.com

Living as a system can be isolating, even when you have support elsewhere.

The Mycelium Collective exists to reduce that isolation by offering a space where dissociation does not need to be explained or justified.

It is a place to connect with others who understand switching, internal communication, and the everyday work of staying grounded.

When life starts to feel repetitive, fragmented, or hard to make sense of, it helps to have a shared place to land.

Session 6 of The Mycelium Collective continues our time with Severance, Episode 2 “Half Loop.” Watching together gives us a shared reference point, which can make connection, curiosity, and skill-building feel safer and more accessible.

You do not have to arrive regulated, articulate, or put-together to belong here.

The Mycelium Collective is designed as a steady, supportive space for people living with Dissociative Identity Disorder and OSDD.

Some days, participation looks like conversation. Other days, it looks like sitting quietly, observing, or engaging through an activity. All of those ways of showing up are valid.

This is a space that honors capacity, autonomy, and the reality of system life.

February can feel especially quiet, heavy, or disorienting for many.

Shorter days, disrupted routines, and limited connection can make dissociation feel louder or harder to manage.

The Mycelium Collective exists to offer a steady, in-person space during times like this. A place where grounding, connection, and skill-building happen gently, through guided activities that do not feel clinical or overwhelming.

You do not need to be in crisis to attend. You do not need to have words ready. You are welcome exactly as you are.

There is something grounding about knowing exactly when a supportive space will be there.

The Mycelium Collective meets every other Friday, creating a steady rhythm without asking too much of your time or energy.

Biweekly meetings allow space to integrate, rest, and return when you are ready. You do not have to rush growth or keep up with a weekly pace.

This is a consistent place to land, reconnect, and build skills gently, alongside others who understand system life.
